I remember a radio interview prior to Ringo's interview with Jonathan Ross last year in where they talked about Thomas. I remember Ringo bringing up that he hasn't been doing it since 1989 and that Michael Angelis (Whose name wasn't mentioned, just that he was in "Boys From The Blackstuff in where he was the one who sounded like Mr. Starkey) and George Carlin succeeded him.
As for the Fab Four themselves, my favourite songs are...
- Love Me Do - I Want To Hold Your Hand - A Hard Day's Night - Yellow Submarine - Penny Lane - Let It Be - Yesterday - The Long & Winding Road

Just watched the Yellow Submarine movie, and I'm in love with the Blue Meanies.
Also, the songs the Beatles did are so inspirational to me.

Just watched the Yellow Submarine movie, and I'm in love with the Blue Meanies. Not sure if this had already been pointed out but Michael Angelis' older brother Paul did the voice for Ringo in that film. Talk about a coincidence, eh? I actually remember watching that film a few years back, particually the earlier scenes involving Ringo and it was spooky because he sounded like Michael.

That's definitely quite a list there, Clay. I'm a bit disappointed that such classics as "Don't Pass Me By" and "Octopus' Garden" (and "I'm Happy Just to Dance With You", for that matter) aren't near the #1 spot. Despite all the 'corniness' of Maxwell's Silver Hammer, I think it's a catchy song.

That's terrific! This'll make Ringo the third narrator (Behind George Carlin and Pierce Brosnan) to be honored on Hollywood's Walk of Fame!

Has anybody watched their movies? They're pretty funny.

I love all the Beatle movies. "Help!" had to be one of the funniest movies in their career. Some of the stunts they had to pull off to avoid the main villains were awesome, and the songs were all good as well, particularly the "Ticket to Ride" scene in the Alps.

I heard about what happened to Lucy Vodden earlier, and my condolences to her family. I don't blame her for not telling people that she was the Lucy the Beatles were singing about. I admire the way Julian still remained there for her during her struggle with lupus.

I've been playing The Beatles Rock Band for the past month now. So far I've only played the drums, but maybe I'll move onto vocals next. The game has definitely exceeded my expectations for it, and the small interactions between songs is fantastic!

Even though he sadly isn't with us anymore, I'd still like to give John a 69th birthday greeting.
Happy Birthday, Mr. Lennon.

Ah, that's right! I spent most of that day listening to John Lennon's Beatles songs, including "Revolution," "Ticket to Ride," and "Help!", along with most of his solo stuff... namely "Give Peace a Chance." Happy belated, Mr. Lennon.

I've just noticed something; It's Only Love and Being for The Benefit for Mr. Kite seem to have a very similar chord progression. It's quite uncanny when you play them side by side. Here's what I mean: www.mediafire.com/?nn2ltcj1kom(Not that big of a deal; I just thought it was cool. )
