I've always supported Pixar. I'll admit the plot is a little out there but all their movies have been box office success and are always praised for their story as well as brilliant animation.

I'm still planning to go, I go every year to see a Pixar film. Their last two films have had tears in my eyes, "Up" and "Toy Story 3". Cars 1 was okay, but still a good film so I'll have to see Cars 2. Here I go!

Pixar is the only Disney films I'll watch that appeal to young and old people, I remember seeing "Up" and man it was a sad movie, a lonely old man along with a kid and then a talking dog out for adventure for the old guys wife and bumped into a rare bird and the sad but heart warming part was when his former wife said, "Thanks for the adventure" in the scrap book she had and the kid, who has no father got the old man as a grandfather figure and that warms up my heart seeing that. Now when "Toy Story 3" was coming out, I was so excited, after 11 years being off the big screen since 1999, they're finally coming back with the original voice cast along with new voice cast for the new toys. When the movie came out in June of 2010, I saw it in 3D and the memories all came back with seeing these toys again and the funniest character that made it's debut would have to be Ken even if he is a girls toy. But I cried in movie when Andy gave up his toys for Bonnie including Woody, his most favorite toy, but it was more happy in the end, the toys got a new life and the day care formerly run by Lotso-Huggin-Bear also known as, "Lotso", was back to it's original roots by Ken and Barbie. Pixar is one of my favorite CGI animated company along with Dreamworks and Nitrogen. And like I said, Cars 2 will be good. TMRReturns

Well, the rumours concerning Fillmore's involvement are over. He IS in Cars 2 and will play a role in the film, while being voiced by Lloyd Sherr. movies.yahoo.com/photos/movie-stills/gallery/3007/cars-2-stills#photo13However, out of all the official pictures in the link above, there is no sign of Doc Hudson or Red, but I guess that Red will at least make a cameo, he didn't really say much in the first one.

I've heard a new characters had cameo's in Toy Story 3. A bit like when Lotso had a cameo in Up. We didn't know they were going to be characters in a future Pixar film.
Micheal Cane as a head of a secret service is good casting. Cars 2 looks different from the first one. It looks like alot more focus on Mater while Lightening is still part of the adventure.
I know it's been said but the plane looked alot like Jeremy. Coinsdence?

That's brilliant news that Michael Caine is going to be in it. What's even better is that Michael Keaton is returning to reprise his role of Chick which means that Caine's now worked alongside two Batman actors. Bit of trivia for you there.

Well at least we know that Filmore is safe for Cars 2, as for Red, he was funny in the 1st film despite him having no words just him grunting or humming or crying. I hate to say this, but I'm sure everyone would have heard but due Paul Newman's death in 2008, Doc Hudosn will not feature in the upcoming sequel: www.disneycarstoys.net/cars-characters/last-farewells-from-doc-hudsonI'm sad about but we must know that these are just characters and there are time we have to draw the lines, but still, that will not stop me to see the sequel. As what Mater says, " GOODBYYYYYYE, OK I'm all good here."TMRReturns

A shame Doc's not going to be int he second movie, he was one of my favorite characters. RIP Paul Newman I'm going to see the movie anyway though. I've been looking forward to it since it was announced. ;D

I had a feeling Doc would not be coming back. I'm not sure if he'll be dead or not. He was probably the best one in the first film, and replacing his voice just didn't really work for me.

From what I've heard about this new Cars movie, Jason Isaacs will be voicing an airplane antagonist. I can't wait to see what his character looks like!

Well, almost 5 years ago, I went to see the first Cars in theatres.
Now, I am excited for Cars 2. I am going to see it along with other good movies this summer. In the past 3 years, I've seen WALL-E, Up and of course, Toy Story 3.
But for next year, I need to question about Monsters INC 2. Oh well. I'm not hitting PIXAR for this.

Cars 2 I kinda question, since the first movie did not do well upon critics. It's the least favorite of Pixar for a lot of people, but that went to Wall-E.

The thing I didn't like about Cars is that it seems to get merchandised as if it's a Kids' TV Show. The movie itself is not that bad, but the Mattel range annoys me because they have to make every single character that featured in the show, even if they appeared for less than two seconds and didn't speak. It's like making a take 'n' play model of Dolgoch, or the class 20 that you can just make out the back of in an illustration of Escape.

Oh yeah, I a definitely seeing this now! This is what I love about Pixar. I have no doubt this will do good at theaters. Even though the first film didn't do to well with critics, but that's not saying much because it still grossed a lot of money.

The Queen The Bentley looks quite nice! Really captured the majestic look! On another note, this movie looks awesome! I do hope they focus on Radiator Springs quite a bit.

So... has anyone seen the new movie yet? I just got back from seeing it, and I enjoyed myself very much. The animation was, as usual, superb, and there were plenty of action-packed scenes to keep you on the edge of your seat Not Pixar's best, and this one doesn't seem as down-to-earth as the original, but it was a good watch, and I hope to buy it on DVD when it comes. It's kind of upsetting to these so many critics hating on it though...

I have and I thought it was pretty awesome. It felt just like a spy film only with cars. The critics were gonna hate from the moment Pixar announced they were making another cars movie. It's the most hated of the pixar films but let them. I paid and got my money's worth. Animation was spot on and excellent and I'm glad Mater got the star role.

I loved the first one, but I was only 12 then . I'm not a huge fan of the spy films genre, but I'm quite looking forwards to How its pulled off. I'm taking my Neice to see it when it comes out over here (when is the UK relase date?), so can psot my thoughts then.
