In this thread, U can tell us about adventures &/or misadventures Uv had with any pets U may have or with any animal U came in contact with. I'll start. My dad bought a new cat 2 replace the 1 that got lost on Christmas. He called him Ben. I'd not Cn this cat & already, I've Bn hearing bad things about him. He had climbed the back of the chair my dad was sitting on & his claw got stuck in my dad's butt! When I 1st saw Ben, he would always limp around. But now that his limp is gone, he ran around the house like a maniac 4 at least 2 months. He's OK now though.

In my family, we make it a sort of rule to always have a dog around. In this case, we've got two! They are both pomeranians and they each make us laugh everyday! We have a black male called Sirius, and a blonde female called Lolita (we call her Lally for short).
Sirius has a habit of howling whenever he's sad. It cracks us up, because we don't know where he would have learned that, as it's usually not very common to find a howling pomeranian! He is also a very big dog, probably from eating too much when he was a puppy! He also has very long claws, and it's funny when we call him and he comes running into the room, then he stops and slides about an inch or so further!
Lolita is actually Sirius' Mother. She had two other puppies too, but we soon found that we couldn't handle four dogs, so we gave them to our cousins. We haven't visited them yet, because they live about 10 hours away, but we know that they're in good hands. When Sirius was littler, we would sometimes feed him and the other puppies table scraps, but Lolita would usually have a habit snatching Sirius' sdraps out of his mouth and keeping them for herself. Nowadays, since Sirius is bigger than her, he snatches away her scraps!
Lolita also barks and growls at Pierce, my 13 year old brother, all the time, which isn't very surprising, because he hates dogs. For that matter he also is prone to arguing with his fraternal twin sister, Paige, who is actually the one who takes care of the dogs. Lolita loves her, which only more of a reason to bark when she sees Pierce try to hurt her! Pierce isn't the only one she barks at though, because the other day, Paige was sleeping, when Mom woke her up to tell her to take the dogs outside to go to the bathroom. Lolita starting barking at mom like crazy!
We also have two cats. Lucy, a female Bombay we've had for about 5 or 6 years, and her son, Buttons, a male shorthair we've had for about 3 years.
Buttons is the one who's always making us laugh! He's very lazy, and when he's tired, he'll sleep anywhere! Sometimes he'll just lay down right in the middle of the floor, and we have to be careful not to step on him! He's also very big for his breed, and he likes to go outside alot. You can always tell when he wants to come back in, because all you'd have to do is listen for his long claws, scratching at the window! Another favorite pasttime of his is eating. We always have to make sure that the cat food bowl's full, because with his appetite, the bowl could be empty in two hours or so! He also does alot of other things that no ordinary cat would do! The other day, there was an empty paper bag sitting at the end of the kitchen table. Buttons must have thought he saw something in it, because the next thing we knew, he pounced inside the bag with such force that it slid off the table, landed on the floor, and slid another few inces. After it stopped, he crawled right out of it, and continued as if nothing had happened!
Lucy's a bit less energetic, and more of a proper cat. She usually prefers eating tuna and lunchmeat to her cat food. She's also very smart, and is always able to let us know when she wants something! That usually consists of meowing at the door of the room that I'm in, and when I come out she'll start walking towards whatever it is that she wants, and I follow her to see what it is. When the problem is that she wants more water, she'll stop in front of her empty water bowl, and when she wants outside, she'll stop by the front door, and wait for me to open it!

I've got two cats named Wispa and Casper. They get on pretty well, but Casper is rather sexually frustrated at the moment. Yes, he's a tom-cat. He's already seen to Wispa. She's now 4 weeks pregnant. YAY!

We have two budgies named Buddy and Bridget, 3 chickens, and around 20-30 ducks in our backyard (we breed 'em). We used to have fish, but they died. We used to have dogs, but one ran away, and the other we had to take back to RSPCA, and we had guinea pigs, but they died too.

I have 4 cats. 2 females, Weasel and Jessie, and 2 males, Ziggy and Boo-Boo. The male cats always attack the female cats unfortunatly.

No pets for me, but I used to have a goldfish called "Fishy"... but then he died. I was really sad when he died, and we buried him in my Grandad's garden. I wouldn't mind having a pond with some ducks. Ducks are cool, especially Mallards. Geoffery and Jeffery is what I'd call them, just to confuse everyone.

That's sort of like Ben attacking my other cat Ashly all the time. Ben knocked over one of my Bachmann diesel models yesterday for some stupid reason. He was just lying there next to the track and when my diesel went by, he pawed it and it fell to the side. THAT'S THE 8th TIME! And here's an interesting fact about Ashly. She likes to sleep in boxes. One time, she slept in a box that was like half her size. But at least she doesn't knock over my electric trains.

My Dad, being a farmer, owns thousands of cows, a few goats and a horse. I have a small little black cat. Everyone in my family has named him something. I love him to death, although one night when it was very dark, I stepped on him, and he scratched me foot up. My dad has two dogs. They are both white, stupid and they LOVE to bark! When I go to let them out of thier pen at the end of the day all I hear is "BARK! BARK! BARK! BARK! BARK!"

Since I was a child we have always had a tank full of fish, I haven't a clue what most of them are called. We also have a dog called Molly who we adopted from a rescue shelter back in 2001.

FWI, he's not always cross-eyed. I've never seen him like that before. This was one of the only pics where he's not blurry 'cause he's running so fast.
