Hey, I like this show! I like Wild Force, Ninja Storm and Dino thunder.
I think Ninja Storm is the most funniest power rangers series. The characters say a lot of funny jokes.

I used to like the series, and now when I see it on TV, I usually watch it for a laugh. It's unintentionally HILARIOUS!!! The actors are most;y yahoos of the street, and the the unexplained reason that there's a shower of sparks everytime somethings hit. I've noticed something about the old series though. The red ranger was Native-American, the yellow ranger was Asian, the black ranger was black, and the blue and pink ranger were a boy and a girl. What do you suppose that meant? I'm not criticizing those who like it, but I'm just saying it's funny to watch now. ;D

Well, one of the most memorable episodes is probablly in Wild Force, where all the REd rangers team up on the remnants of the Machine Empire.
Another is an episode from Dino Thunder where Tommy fights Red Zeo Ranger, White Ranger, and Green Ranger in his mind.

Perhaps, but it might have been difficult to animate all the Red Ranger zords fighting together. Which is probably why they settled for Cole destroying Serpenterra singlehanded.

Huge fan of the Power Rangers here.
In retrospect, for a show which started off with such a shoddy first episode, I'm very impressed with how it's done since. The acting isn't great I'll admit, and the budget (particularly of the first few series) must be a pitence, but they utilise their money well enough.
My favourite series of Power Rangers would have to be:
Mighty Morphin Series 2 Power Rangers Zeo Power Rangers In Space Power Rangers Time Force Power Rangers Ninja Storm Power Rangers Dino Thunder Power Rangers SPD
I think the new production team are amazing too, they've done SO much with the show in terms of storylining and developing the characters as people. If it had been left in the hands of Saban, it would probably be still doing well, but in the hands of Disney (or Buena Vista) it's re-establishing itself as a formidable force again in the world of children's entertainment.

Did you see the pilot version, it was even more shoddier (Bulk's bad haircut, Goldar somehow turning into King Sphinx, Zoltar???). Then again, in the words of Amy Jo Johnson (Kimberly) in an interview, what made the series so funny was how badly made it was. I never noticed this as a kid, but rewatching season 1 eps it's hilarious.

I have however, very recently, seen the opening episodes of Zyuranger, as well as the ones where Burai (the Green Ranger) dies. If I could understand Japanese, I probably would have been more enthralled, but there were some great scenes that WE totally missed out on. Particular ones include the pink, red, yellow and green rangers commanding the Ultrazord in the Burai Dies episodes, which was ommitted and replaced with stock footage in the American version... The opening episodes were a lot better too, there was an explanation for the space ship (from MMPR Ep 2) and more blatant abuse of the astronauts...! So much was recycled BADLY within the first series, I'm glad they've seen sense since then.

Plus the fact that whenever Rita spoke in Series 1, the words never moved with her mouth. If I'm right, from the second series, they used newly filmed American footage, with American actors portraying Rita, Goldar et. al (as well as the addition of an even better villain; Lord Zedd). Of course, I never noticed these things as a kid, but upon seeing a few episodes on YouTube (bows head in shame ) It's so noticeable it's annoying.

I've seen the pilot episode....... it's somewhere on You Tube.
The character trini is played by a different character, Audrey Dublios....... or something similar, Alpha looks like well...... a mutant bin, Zordon was called Zoltar, and looked like..... mutant chewing gum, and the rangers were generally more agressive... oh, and the King Sphinx monster, renamed Flyguy was in it as well.
I'd post a full synopsis, but memory doesn't serve to well right now.

Yeah Ive seen it too and the way they deal with the bullies is pretty violent. Also there is no Skull in the pilot either. I think there was a scene from the pilot kept in the televised version but i cant remember

They also used a scene in one ep where Kimberly recalls the first time she morphed where there is a scene of two putties looking at each other and one scratching its head.

Glad 'Green With Evil Part 1''s on youtube. Enjoyed it thoroughly. I wonder what it would be like had they introduced a British Power Ranger into the Series. After all, they introduced that Ozzie character, Catherine, who replaced Kimberley (God, she's a doll!) as the Pink Ranger. I'll admit I didn't like Catherine at all at first, but I soon warmed to her. They could have done a bit more with her as the Pink Power Ranger.

The pink ranger was always a hot women. ;D. Though Aisha was hot too. Pity she wasn't in Zeo. In my opinion things went downhill when it was the Turbo series.

In my opinion things went downhill when it was the Turbo series. The early Turbo episodes were awful - all they did was fight footsoldiers and put out bombs in every ep! The show as due to be cancelled following Power Rangers in Space, which thank God saved the whole thing!
