Has anyone seen Tenet yet? I went to the theater for the first time since Leap Day this past weekend. Saw it in 4D as well (where the seats move and fans blow on you, etc.). What a rush! I miss going to theater so much, and this was a great way to break back into it. I'm a huge Nolan fan, so have been looking forward to this movie since Dunkirk. It was very complex and kind of hard to follow, but his dedication to in-camera effects made it truly a treat. Great to see Hollywood blockbusters that are actually intelligent.
Also, does anyone else have any experience with watching movies in 4D? It's not for every movie, but when pulled off well (like when I saw Ready Player One), it is worth the extra cost.

Its with great sadness to hear that the great Sir Sean Connery has passed on: www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-54761824For the majority, he'll always be James Bond. But his initiation of that character on screen gave others the chance to add to it, and at the same time he portrayal of that character gave us the brilliant chemistry which he brought when portraying the Father of a renowned archaeologist. But he also gave us the voice of a Dragon who is certainly quite underrated these days in Dragonheart that's certainly quite forgotten about in some ways when we've had the likes of Game Of Thrones. But however you'll remember him, Sir Sean will certainly be remembered as one of the greats who like so many leaves an unforgettable legacy. Rest in Peace, Sir Sean Connery.

It is sad about Sean Connery. He lived a good life and had a good carerr. He was a good James Bond and Indiana Jones Last Crusade is one of my fave films and that's down to his chemistry with Harrison Ford. I was very sad when he didn't come back for Crystal Skull but that was a bad Indy movie. I even liked him in Leage of Extroadinary Gentlemen even if Shean Connery himself didn't like it. I thought it was an entertaining movie and Sean Connery was great in the leading role.
Mr Connery has left a huge legacy and has proven what a great actor he is. Rest in Peace.

Kind of think Jaws, even as iconic as it is, doesn't get credited enough for essentially inventing the 'Movie Franchise', from what i learned, before Jaws, it was mostly one and done when it came to the movie industry back then, and you'd think Jaws would follow this same trend at the time, but they made a sequel anyway (Not as good, but still enjoyable), and it was the first true mainstream instance of a movie franchise. So, you can thank Jaws for essentially laying the ground work for movie franchises essentially never allowing to be one and done again.
Anyway, i found Jaws (The First One) to be enjoyable, i just wish they found a way to make all the sequels actually great in terms of the writing. Jaws 2 was still enjoyable mainly thanks to Chief Martin Brody (Roy Scheider, R.I.P), but still even when the other 2 movies fell in quality, they at least from a writing perspective certainly did have a form of potential. If they just kept Chief Martin Brody there until the 4th movie, then things might have been able to pan out significantly more different for the better. Whats happened has happened, but Jaws always had huge bite sized potential.
And i liked the original movie.
