Seen more of Cagney and Lacey, plus it has a better theme tune, so I'll go for that one.
Inspector Frost (A Touch of Frost) or Lieutenant Columbo

Never seen either. But since Sir David Jason is one of my favourite actors, Inspector Frost gets my vote.
Samus Aran (Metroid Franchise) or Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story Franchise)

Granted I've never seen Metroid, but Toy Story remains a favourite franchise (especially the first two), so I'll give Buzz the vote here.
One for the Power Rangers fans - Rita Repulsa or Lord Zedd

Got to go with Lord Zedd. I mean his theme song is reminiscent to Darth Vader's Imperial March theme only more demonic and like you were stepping into the depths of Hell, and the fact that initially when looking back in retrospect he was the kind of villain that the series needed. Don't get me wrong Zedd wouldn't have emerged had Rita not being there, but Zedd is the Darth Vader of Power Rangers.
One for Gerry Anderson Fans:
Fireball XL5 or Stingray

I'm more familiar with Stingray, so I'll opt for that.

Never heard of Blake's 7, so I'm going Star Trek (though I probably would've gone for it anyway). Speaking of Star Trek, might as well go for the age-old question:
Kirk or Picard?

Got to go with Kirk, as when you think Star Trek you tend to think Captain Kirk and he's where it all started when Star Trek came out.

Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup for me.
Choice of Rock Anthems:
Thin Lizzy's The Boys Are Back in Town or Steppenwolf's Born To Be Wild?

The Boys Are Back in Town.
The Seeds of Death or The Seeds of Doom?

Seeds of Doom - Engaging story and its fascinating to see John Challis in a prominent role so different from Boycie.
Very hypothetical one now...
Brennaisance quality stories animated in the style of AEG or Miller/Nitrogen era stories filmed with the old models.

Well since I've not seen a thing of AEG in full only mere clips, its going to have to be Miller/Nitrogen era stories filmed with the old models for me.
John Wayne Westerns or Clint Eastwood Westerns?

Clint Eastwood.
The Sweeney or T.J. Hooker?

Never seen either, but if I were to try one out, I guess I'd go for T.J. Hooker first. I'm a Trekkie and William Shatner's in it so would be interesting to see. Somewhat influenced by recent news... Road Runner or Wile E. Coyote?

Wile E. Coyote. His character is more fleshed out and entertaining, especially when he crosses paths with a certain wascally wabbit!
On that subject:
Bugs Bunny or Daffy Duck?

I love both. However, in this instance, I prefer Daffy as his cartoons tend to have a lot more variety in character portrayal and storytelling. Plus, I find it more fun to see him get outsmarted by his co-stars. Ultraman (Tsuburaya) or Ultraman (DC)

I don't know of either, and so I'm just going to have to go with Ultraman (DC) since I like DC (as well as Marvel).
I can probably guess how this one might go, but here goes:
Friends or The Big Bang Theory

The Big Bang Theory. I think the characters are better written than Friends and I like the Geek culture refernces they make. Sheldon is a good written character.
You'll be getting Marvel Vs Dc choices from me as I'm studying that Marvel vs DC cmic crossover from the 90s. Thats something I think is worth exploring today as certain characters Like Iron Man and Harley Quinn didn't get oppnonets back then and they would need to today as they are popular. First one
Captain America or Batman.

Batman is my clear cut choice.

Rhyming slang, though mostly because I know more of it thanks to the likes of Only Fools and Horses!
