I've now started collecting NGC Magazine. They are much better than NOM, they're writing is of better quality, it can appeal to an older audience, and they're reviews are much more trustworthy

I used to love the Dandy and Beano comics. My grandma (in England) would send my brother and I out respective comics. (We live in Australia).
I agree that the Dandy has gone downhill.
Is Winker Watson still going?

You know about Rusty's gender change, I think something simillar happend in Dennis the Menace. In one of the strips I've got Walter's dog Foo-Foo was revealed to be male but in another one I also have Foo-Foo was a female.

The Robots In Disquise! I read a few of the US originals and have both mini series from the now-dead Dreamwave. I'm looking forward to the new series next year.

I'm amazed Winker Watson is still going- it was pretty dated when I first started reading it 15 years ago. I'm guessing it's been revamped?

Winker Watson was in The Dandy when it was printed in black and white if I remember correctly.... although the newer Dandy is just.... given in to todays standards, whatever they are.

I'm not, I don't even know what that is. Anyway, I love reading Mad Magazines. They're so funny, and take a poke at everything, from Star Wars to Monsters Inc. It's so cool!

I used to get the Beano, and my sister got Dandy. We only got ONE issue of the "Cool" look Dandy, and then we cancelled it. The Beano went a few months after when I just got bored of it.
I also used to get Simpsons comics. I now get NOM, Viz and NGC (occasionally).

I normally buy Computer game magazines mainly to see if they mention anything on future Final Fantasy games. I used to buy Neo which is a animé & manga magazine which was alright for a while but some of it's later issues kind of sucked so I stoped buying it. The only magazine on computer games I would not buy is the offical PSP magazine which is priced at £6.99 which is a rip off.
Like many other when I was a child I did get Thomas & Friends comics quite often. I also used to collect the Beano & the Dandy as they were funny espically Dennis & Gnasher.

It's not very often I buy magazines these days. I buy computer game magazines sometimes if there is something interesting in them relating to certain titles like Final Fantasy. I buy Thomas & Friends Classic Story Collection when it comes out.

Lets See: British Railway Modelling Match(Football weekly) I used to get "Striker"(a cartoon now in the sun about a team called Warbury Warriors)when it was in comic form. I still like the Beano-Calamity James especially!

I've been getting Seventeen in the mail (Grandma decided I needed to learn how to be a girl XD), and I've been looking at it...is it me or have girls gotten more and more trendy? I mean, all I see are trends and ads for really expensive stuff that only the daughters of Hollywood stars can afford ^^' Some of it is informative, like health topics and stuff, but it's really all drama, drama, and DRAMA...and trends
...Or maybe I'm not girly enough, I dunno XD
I get Reader's Digest too, I love that magazine a lot ^_^ I truly do XD XD And I look forward to the Smith-Thompson catalog two or three times a year XD
