I know there are a few people here who like Sonic the Hedgehog, and probably the cartoon series, too. So I thought it might be good to post this here. www.michaelspooner.com/satam/It's some music tracks from the SatAM cartoon simply titled Sonic the Hedgehog, apparently sent to a fan by the composer for the series.

I know there are a few people here who like Sonic the Hedgehog Me included (probably the biggest Sonic fan on the forum). Has anyone seen a show called 'The Little Polar Bear'? It's based on a German book series by Hans De Beer (don't mind if I do, 'larious!) and was shown on the Beeb a few years ago. A movie was made of it too, which was kind of cute but had its bad moments (that penguin and those otters were so annoying! Leena looked hideous too). I have the first series on video and I love it to bits. Personal favourite being Leena the Snow Rabbit.

David the Gnome must be an american show then. There was a show simillar that aired on CITV years ago called "Wisdom of the gnomes" (it's rarer than TUGS) I used to enjoy it. I think The Wisdom of the Gnomes might actually have been a spinoff from David the Gnome- I know merchandise for both series was sometimes packaged together, and the design style was remarkably similar. I remember some details about it. The main characters were an old gnome called Klaus (who had most of the wisdom) and a younger one with a red beard. They had various adventures around the world (transported by bird?).

I remember Droids, and the other show, Ewoks, although I never saw that one, and never wanted to, because I hate the Ewok characters, and it looked silly.
The Droids cartoon was alright, as I recall. I rented a four-episode video from Blockbuster quite a few times, where the stories loosely fit together as a whole. The first story was about the droids being sold to a Luke Skywalker-like young man, and them helping some alien king regain his memory or something. The second one was about them helping the alien king guy reclaim control of his home planet with the help of their new owner, who disappeared at the end of that episode. The third and fourth episodes featured the droids on the alien king's spaceship, under attack from Space Pirates or something. It was pretty silly.
I really liked the series (or at least, the four episodes that I saw), but I doubt that I still would if I rewatched it.

I coulnd't find it on the net (I spent ages) but I've found it in Spanish from Kazza lite. Star Wars Droids was a prequel to the original Star Wars films but that was before the Phantom Menace came out of course.

I've just discovered they made a a follow-up to the Inspector Gadget spin-off, Gadget & The Gadgetinis, called Go Go Gadgetinis in 2002/3. It looks like the series isn't going to be aired in the UK en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Go_Go_Gadgetini%27s

I think that was shown here is Aus a few years back. Don't think it was much chop though.
Trap Door - that show was pure GOLD. So corny and funny...it's awesome.
"Hullo Boni!"
"I've got a bad feeling about this, Berk..."
"BERK! FEED ME...!"
Fantastic. ;D

Oh dear, that would cause confusion and delay. I really miss Shining Time Station, I have all of season 1 and part of season 2 recorded, I did have the rest of 2 and a lot of 3 but it got taped over Other shows I liked were The Pink Panther cartoons (The new movie is hilarious) Top Cat, and the old pokemon. My favorite show of all time (Besides Thomas) Is........Tom & Jerry, even though I'm a cat lover.

Has anyone seen the show called 'Dig and Dug with Daisy?' It plays in the morning on Channel 4 once in a blue moon. It's about a couple of (pretty stupid) workmen going around the countrysides looking for jobs to do. The series was seperated into 4 seasons, each one with 4 episodes about a specific job that they were doing at the time, 'Road', 'Building Site', 'Farm' and 'Factory'. Whenever they get into trouble (or just generally clueless over what to do), Dug's neice Daisy magically appears and sorts out their messes. The series was generally funny at times, Dig providing the most humour. However, it does have it's bad moments. Despite the production comapany's intentions, the machines which the series revolved around the mechanics of, were very basically made and looked like Bob the Builder friction models. And like in Thomas and Fireman Sam nowadays, despite the fact that there was only one child, Daisy seemed to be the main and most intelligent character in the series, which had proved to be the most annoying part of the series, second only to the poor script-writing. I felt that during the series that there was basically no need for a narrator, because the characters seem to repeat the narrator's words half the time, which was quite silly. That, and the last series 'Factory' was extremely ridiculous. What was the point of bringing in a sorting machine and an office for just one episode? Also, Oswald the Robot was stupid too (he was a robot specifically designed to make and paint tractors). The last part of the final episode was very childish too. I declare that this will be the best 100th tractor in the world. Awful.

I remember watching Maisy Mouse once. I can't exactly remembered what happened in the episode, but I liked it because the drawings were so simple.

Regarding Rainbow being shown on Nick Jr Uk:
You'll be able to watch Rainbow from March 6th 2006 every night at 8pm on preschool channel, Nick Jr. (Sky channel 606, Telewest 715 and NTL 71/608) as part of the 'Nick Jr Classics' slot. Ant from Nickelodeon: 'The episodes we're showing are from 1981, which I believe is series 20. There are some brilliant episodes there - and some fantastic songs from Rod, Jane and Freddy too!'
Can't wait, this will be the first time classic Rainbows have been seen on television since 1992!!
