Thomas & Skarloey's Big Day Out!
Okay...
1) Two narrow gauge characters appear at the beginning of the story. 2) The episode features the appearance of an old antagonist. 3) Two accidents occur in the episode. 4) Edward makes a cameo in the episode. 5) The station from "A Close Shave" makes an appearance (albeit refurbished).

Sounds more to me like "Bye George".

OK, next one...
1. Five steam engines feature in this episode 2. This was the first episode of this series to be broadcast with Shining Time Station 3. A driver gets a line in this episode 4. A character is mentioned, but not by name, who does not appear in this episode. 5. The said character [from question 4] does feature in the NEXT episode.

Thomas gets tricked?
Okay, I'd like to try one.
1. Two railways interact in this episode. 2. A story is told. 3. The return of one of the railways engines. 4. The engines have a celebration. 5. Said engine in #3 was away for a while.

Awesome!
1. A new engine is introduced. 2. We see this engine experience something similar to Gordon in an earlier episode. 3. Another engine introduced in this series was introduced earlier. 4. This is the first time we see an engine of this type on Sodor. 5. The engine belongs to some very important visitors.

OK, gonna try another one.
1: This story takes place in a similar location to an earlier story, with a similar setting, with the same engine. 2: The starring engine has an accident that would normally happen with a road vehicle. 3: Both the starring engine and the co-star debuted in the same season. 4: A nickname is used as the basis of this story. 5: A rather ironic meeting between two engines takes place.
