I always constantly change my iPod Nano every so often as I have various new CDs that I buy, but there's always certain bands and songs that are simply a must have - such as:
Iron Maiden Fozzy Metallica Rhapsody Of Fire (including Luca Turilli and Luca Turilli's Rhapsody) Epica Megadeth Gamma Ray Manowar Sonata Arctica Stratovarius Nightwish DragonForce The Odd Ballad by Power Metal Bands or just for general purposes
Plus I have a system in which I use certain numbers that are my unlucky numbers, which whenever I want to put a new song on and a particular song already on my iPod has that number on it, I remove it - even if its one of my favourite songs. I know it sounds stupid and superstitious, but its so annoying when you have that really great song going through your head, that you want to put it on and would benefit you on your travels (its worse when I'm no holiday and don't have access to a computer).
