I've realized I haven't posted how my situation is since this Spring. Long story short, I am back at work now, and am married; with a successful and social distanced ceremony. I was in lockdown at my special needs program because of the coronavirus and couldn't leave until someone tried to sexually assault me and I was taken out. It was hell. But I made it out fine and have been waiting out the storm of COVID despite America going "off the rails" so to speak, but its not bad in the state that I live in. Also I know this is going to be stupid but "Coughs and Sneezles spread Diseasels". Sorry. I'm sorry for what you've been through. If I could react with Facebook's "Care" I would. Thanks mate. Its been a tough few months but luckily I'm non worse for wear.

News FlashCOVID-19 has hit my family. My uncle (who is my mom's brother-in-law) has a confirmed case. My mother has been around him and the rest of my aunt's family (who is my mother's sister). She just got tested for it yesterday and we are still awaiting the final results. My aunt, my grandma, and my cousins within my family are also getting tested. If my mother tests positive, I may have to be tested because I live with my parents, as will my brother. Update: My mother just came back negative and so has my aunt. But my aunt may not stay negative for too long, but she has to wait two weeks before getting tested again.

Sorry to hear about that, Emerald Green Engine, but just keep your head up and pray for the best that your Aunt's second test turns out negative again also and my speedy recovery wishes go out to your Uncle. Its of course getting awkward now that we're entering the flu and cold season where Covid can rear its ugly head upon anybody now - just like colds and flu do, and of course all this stuff going around about false positives and people (namely in the UK) getting blamed just for getting a test when that's the key to all this until a vaccine comes. Its like the UK is going backwards again than forwards, as we've new restrictions that can last six months which to me is probably going to make things worse for other peoples health conditions than what the first lockdown did as well as further lower morale because obviously everybody is sick and tired of this now and the majority just want to go back to life pre-Covid. P.S. Sorry for the rant, but its getting to the point where the Left Hand says one thing and the Right Hands says another then there's a U-turn in the Centre. I feel like you just can't win one way or the other. But as always, everyone stay safe.

I have tested positive for COVID-19 today. My symptoms started last week. I have a fever of 102 that only goes down with Tylenol, my lower back hurts, and I have been feeling so fatigued and weak. I also have a slight cough and chest congestion. I hope I recover.

That is concerning to hear. Hopefully the symptoms do not persist too severely and you recover rapidly. Hope you're feeling better soon, Emerald Green Engine.

I have recovered from and survived COVID-19. I am going back to work this weekend. My symptoms were very mild and I did not have to go to the hospital. My worst symptom really was a fever of 102. I am just glad to be alive and well.

Sorry for not saying anything in a while gang. I've been dealing with working a full-time food factory job, and the stress from this virus has taken a toll not only on me, but my coworkers and supervisors as well. Production orders have ramped up tremendously, with oatmeal being our #1 seller. I've had so much weekend overtime, that I forgot the website until yesterday. If anyone asks, the factory I work at produces the nut and oatmeal products for Kroger. Regarding the virus, my dad's aunt and his two cousins tested positive, with my aunt (in her late 70's/early 80's) being on a ventilator until today. Me, being an essential worker, goes to work every day and comes straight back home for the rest of the day afterwards, because I can't risk getting my coworkers sick if I test positive with the virus. And besides, I got to make sure you lot have oatmeal to eat

Nearly a month later and I am doing well. I have to use an inhaler right now. A doctor at the walk in clinic I went to prescribed it to me before my test results came back, initially for a lower respiratory infection. My doctor told me to keep using it, especially since I have to work and I do have to walk a lot where I am (I work at Walmart). I still feel a little tired, but I am doing well and I am now back at work. Hopefully this tired feeling will go away.

I go to Bloomberg for their vaccine tracker. It's pretty comprehensive at least for the USA. Right now US is at 22,396,378 shots administered so hopefully we get more supplies in and we can pick up the pace a bit.
Smile.

Here in the U.S., life should go back to normal by end of July. 700 million doses by then. For where I live, a bit sooner. Jolly good.

My cousin tested positive to covid but she went to a party and 1 person who knowingly had covid and thats how she contracted it. Im really angry at that person but im also very anxious for my cousin who is feeling very unwell and her little brother has also started to feel unwell as well.
