Does anyone here no about Swamp Buggy Racing? I've seen it once or twice on TV and have fallen in love with it. These are basically the craziest looking vehicles, doing crazy speeds, in the craziest course ever used for racing! I'm not a sports fan, but these things are just... the coolest.

Holy crap! England defeated the All Blacks, 38-21. This will be good for them going into 2015.

I'm kinda into Ice Hockey...
... but the NHL locked out just as I was getting into the sport.
So I'm looking to Europe for now to get my hockey fix. Looking at the Sheffield Steelers of the EIHL.

How about monster trucks eh? Would you consider that a sport? I would, but some people tell me it's just a side-attraction, like a spectacle for fun. I think it deserves proper respect, considering the risk involved.

Good stuff! It's the big one overnight though, likely a Grand Slam decider...Ireland vs. England and I can't freakin' wait!

Anyone here watch professional curling? Scotland and Canada are probably the biggest curling locations in the world. I know of Murdoch, but who are the famous rinks in Scotland?
Our famous rinks are Kevin Martin and Kevin Koe of Alberta, Glenn Howard and Brad Jacobs (winner of the 2013 Canadian Men's Curling Championship) of Ontario, and Jeff Stoughton and Mike McEwen of Manitoba.

Less than a month to go until the 2015 Rugby World Cup- and it's being held in England and Cardiff! For those that live over there, have you been seeing or hearing much about it? Word is there'll be around 400,000 tourists heading your way. Can't believe it's been four years since 2011...

I don't know how many have been following the 2021 Season of Formula One, but its been a cracking season with so many ups and downs, the introduction to the Sprint race format to seeing a new race winner in F1 and a seeing a race winning team back on the top step with a climatic showdown this Sunday with both Lewis Hamilton and title rival Max Verstappen both level on points heading into the final race to be crowned champion not seen since 1974 between Clay Regazzoni in the Ferrari and the great Emerson Fittipaldi in the McLaren.
But whichever way this goes because I couldn't decide who'll take the Drivers title. I've got an assumption, but sometimes its nice to see a change of the guard. But as I say, whichever way this goes, one of them will be making history. Lewis becomes an Eight-Time world champion which he'll surpass Michael Schumacher or F1 has its first ever Dutch World Champion in Max.
Mercedes in my opinion pretty much have the constructors sealed as Red Bull their nearest rival will need a Christmas miracle, which'll likely require a one two finish from them with neither Mercedes car scoring points or them finish ninth and tenth. So its pretty much all about the Drivers title. But its been one hell of a season, and the late great Murray Walker who sadly passed on before the 2021 season opener, would've certainly enjoyed this one and no doubt that he and now the late Sir Frank Williams, who sadly passed away a week before this past Sunday's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, are both looking down and will be seeing who'll be making F1 history because as Murray always used to say: "Anything can happen in Formula One, and it usually does."

Any predictions for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar?
Personally I think the four favourites are probably Brazil, France, Germany, and Spain. Since both Portugal and Italy are in the playoffs, I feel they don't really look like strong contenders (and at least one of them won't even be there). There are a lot of dark horses in this tournament: Denmark and Serbia looking like the main ones. I'm going to put Ecuador forward as my surprise packet when they inevitably qualify, since they've been looking very strong (and beat Colombia 6-1) in their qualifying campaign. If Uruguay get in, which they might not, I reckon they'll be the flop of the tournament. Speaking of failures, Qatar is another, and FIFA is an even bigger one for letting them host the tournament in the first place.
Of the favourites, I feel it's probably between Brazil, France, and Germany. England have a chance of the semis, as do Belgium and Argentina, but don't have the sticking power or depth of squad that the others do. Massively looking forward to this, I'm going in as a neutral but also kind of supporting Denmark since my best friend promised to buy me a trip there if they won.
