A spin off about Helga's family? What the... like everyone else, that should be boring I'm glad they chose 'All Grown Up' over this. I loved Hey Arnold when I was a kid. The Jungle movie was to be the sequel of the episode 'The Journal' when Arnold founds a journal containing dates of his parents adventure when he was being born and there lives with Arnold before they disappeared. While he was reading it, he found a map and thus begins the adventure of... 'The Jungle Movie' for more info here are some details:

Rugrats Go Wild was a great movie. I really enjoyed the cross-over of the Rugrats and The Wild Thornberry's
EDIT: I've also heard that the whole reason why It was never made because it has a "dark setting" to it and Nickelodeon would not air and so the producers decided to sell to MTV whom at around the time was hosting cartoons like Beaves and Butthead. They declined it too as the show was like Daria and was failing badly. It also says that will have the same feeling like The Simpsons. The gang from Hey Arnold are to be in it except for Arnold. But she writes to him every night but she kept the letters in the end anyway. An episode was planned to have Helga running away to find Arnold. It's all here:

It could be good. But I rather have 'Hey Arnold' rather than Helga. Anyway let's get back to the topic of Rugrats/All Grown Up! please. I'll make a Hey Arnold thread soon.
EDIT 18/11/2010: It's rumored that the Rugrats will come back in 2011 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the series in a new movie entitled 'Rugrats In Australia: The Movie'. If it's real, then it will be directed by the person who directed Jimmy Neutron. Now I'm not getting too excited about it and we all have to wait and see and there has been no official source as of yet.
