No doubt the most popular simulation game of all time. You get to act as God to your Sims and make them do whatever you please.
Anyone else here a fan of the game?

I was very fond of the original (had the Deluxe version; you can only imagine what fun that was).
I didn't really favour the 2nd Sims though. The customization options were neat, but the game was a lot less fun all around than the first one, perhaps because the first one was so simple...

My sister loved this game. She has the Deluxe Version & Sims 2 on CD rom, and the original Sims on PlayStation2. I use to like that game but not anymore, it made me sick. She just can't get enough of the Sims, but good thing I got away from that game. I'm not a really big fan of the Sims but I was just telling you that I have a older sister who is a Sims fan (sometimes but not really).

I love Sims and Sims 2. I have not been impressed at all with Sims3. The seemless neighborhoods are great the but its like a striped down version of Sims2 and instead of expansion packs all these add ons are available on E.A.'s website which seems expensive.

I am a huge fan of the Sims games. I do like Sims 3 but it is alot of work (it wants you to play ONE family at a time, go to another then you loose all your goals for jobs) I liked Sims 2 as your Sims can actually age Seasons was a good expansion pack as you got weather
Sims 3 is good as I said it does expect you to play one family at a time but opportunities are very good and the traits are interesting. BTW Sims age at the same time so there is alot of things to keep your eye on

I can remember the first time I ever played the Sims. I think I was there for about 12 hours straight. By the time I finished I was so tired and probably a bit "brainwashed" by it. I actually kept looking down to the left for my own aspiration bars! True story, but I still love the game.

I love The Sims. On the old computer I had nearly all the extension packs on the Sims 2. On the new computer I have the Sims 2 with a couple extension packs and Sims 3 with a couple extension packs. I like Sims 3, because you can go where you want in the neighboorhoud and adjust how long a sim lives. You can actually see where the sim works and follow the car to the works.
