I remember ABBA, and quite personally, there isn't nor will there ever be, another band quite like them again! I'm also probably the only person on the forum who's listened to all their songs. Also, I've seen "Mamma Mia!", the play that's based around their songs, and it is great! Plus, the recent film version stars Thomas narrator Pierce Brosnan.

I don't mind listening to ABBA. EdwardtheBlueEngine is right; there will never be another band like them again. I've also seen the film version of "Mamma Mia!" and it was great. I wonder if there'll be a sequel. lol

I've heard a few ABBA songs, namely "Dancing Queen" and "Take a Chance On Me" and "Mamma Mia!". I've also seen the movie adaptation and really enjoyed it. When I first saw the movie, I had no idea that Pierce Brosnan could sing, because I had never heard his singing.

I'm not much of a fan of ABBA but I like listening to there songs like 'Dancing Queen', 'Money, Money, Money', 'Mamma Mia and 'Happy New Year'. My personal and most favourite 'Thank you For The Music', I like them a little bit because my mum was a fan of them too. And I watched the movie, 'Mamma Mia' on DVD and it was great and relaxing. I not too much of a fan of the most popular ones as I think they're used too much. I like every single song on The Visitors except Cassandra.

(blows dust off)
Original poster of the thread here. I'm not sure what was my exact exposure to ABBA was, but I remember that my mom took me to a play of "Mammma Mia" back in the summer of 2008 at Bob Carr in Orlando (this was around the time the film came out). Liked their music since then.
They recently came back with a new album that was released a few years ago to celebrate their comeback since the 1980s.
