Ok, I know that several (if not over half) of people on here dislike Rap. But still this is a music board and it should include music of all genres. Although I'm into Dr. Dre or Chamillionaire when it comes to rap I like Eminem too. Plus I think at least everyone here is familiar with him. What I like about his songs is that they're often a fast beat, like Without Me or Just Lose It. His collaborations with other artists are just the best (IMO). Like him in Akon's Smack That or Bobby Creakwater, Nate Dogg and Obie Trice's version of his Shake That. What does everyone else think of Eminem? (probably something bad I'm guessing....)

I only like Lose Yourself by Eminem, other than that I'm not all that keen on Rap Music apart from the odd song.
It doesn't compare to the greatness that is Heavy Metal.

There was a time a few years back when I found some of his songs really funny...but once it started getting old, there was nothing left for me. I do appreciate some of his more serious songs, such as the one or two that he wrote for his daughter, but Lose Yourself is the only one that I really listen to anymore. And even that's a bit rare. Rap's just not my thing...I need loud guitars. The movie 8 Mile really did have a great story though, very inspirational.
