I've (slowly) been reading 'A Series of Unfortunate Events' after finding a bunch in the charity shop I work in. I'm still on The Bad Beginning, but I hope to be on The Reptile Room before we leave for Florida.

Reading A Song of Ice and Fire: A Feast for Crows, simply amazing, I urge anyone to read it who likes fantasy, although maybe not the younger members of the forums because it does get very adult

I am currently reading America's Railroads: The Second Generation by Don Ball. It's a collection of photos the author and some others took from the 1960s to the 1980s, showing how the American railroads transitioned from first generation motive power (EMD F-units, Alco FA's, etc) to the more familiar "chopped hood" style that is more common now, as well as the collapse of many larger lines and the start of Amtrak.

The Chronicles of Narnia. I'm going to be reading the entire series as my finale for my book-reading show, "Storytime with Joel Hunter", in 2015. And I'm going to be making my own illustrations!

Just finished reading Book 1 of 5 of "The Golden Hamster Saga - I, Freddy", but I'm going to be reading it again for my book-reading show "Storytime with Joel Hunter" next Monday. I suggest you guys read it. It's really hilarious (can't say much about the others, because I haven't read them; hope I can find them so I can).

My current read at the moment is me trying to finish Sherlock Holmes Volume 1, by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. You can get really engaged at times with some of these stories, from A Study in Scarlet to shorter ones like The Adventure of the Engineer's Thumb, all are a reall good read. Erg, except Silver Blaze.

I've been reading The Hero with a Thousand Faces by Joseph Campbell (who as most people probably know, was one of George Lucas' mentors and influences for creating Star Wars). So far I'm really finding it interesting, but I've also purchased books on Astrology as I'm keen to understand aspects and legend of the Twelve signs for Western Astrology, as well as Chinese.
I know people tend to brush Astrology off - just like with the belief of God, but you'd be surprised of how accurate it can actually be from a basic stand point (as opposed to when the Moon in here and there, we feel this during our day and etc. - though I watch a show from Tarot.com on YouTube revolving around that). Plus its to help with my writing aspect, to know if I'm getting the accuracy right.
