National Day? Is that sort of like an independence day? I may be really thick, but the only national day I can think of here in the States is July 4th, Independence Day.

EDIT: I don't know if this counts as a translation or not, but it is about the UK. Rahter, I'm very curious about a certain accent. Jeremy Clarkson, on Top Gear, frequently does a certain accent, which I can't find any clips of at the moment other than this one. At about 4:15 in-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5hrFR2N29k&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL It's an accent I feel I've heard Graham Chapman do on Monty Python, though I could be wrong. It sounds like a very kind of uptight, tweedy sort of voice. What accent is it exactly?
