I'm very passionate about acting. Unfortunately, I live in a small town without alot of opportunities in the world of the theater.
In my entire life, I've been in one stage play. That was some years ago, but I had a blast and would love to do something like that again if I got the chance.
I was involved with a small agency in Amarllo that dealt in training actors and models for a short time, but quit after a few months when the head woman who owned the agency tried to get me to be a model instead. I tried it at first, but I just wasn't into it. The only truly great experience that I got out of my involvement with the agency was when I went to a convention in Los Angeles competing against other promising actors and being judged by agents and managers that could have made me famous. That was a wonderful time for me, since I learned more about the movie industry in that one week than I had at any time before that.
In the end, I even had a California Casting Agent approach me and tell me that I had potential, and to contact her as soon as I got my braces off. Unfortunately, I could only contact her agency through mine, and by the time I got my braces off, I'd already left my agency. I'm hoping to find a way to go to another covention like that at sometime in the future.
Another great experience came last month when I went to California again and went to the Universal Studios Theme Park to get more experience on how movies are made. I had a great time again, and even got involved in an attraction involving the dubbing process. I think I did rather well, what do you think?

Recently, I participated in a talent show, during which I performed two songs on a keyboard, "Here Comes the Sun" and Hedwig's Theme from the Harry Potter films. I'll say right now that I was experiencing quite a bit of stage fright.

I have been a clarinetist for nearly eight years now, and one of the better ones I know for five of those eight. (I am not sure if this is more a reflection on me, or everyone else.) Made the All-State band (which is a huge deal in American school band and especially in Texas), among other accolades... but I am not pursuing it as major study for college because I simply don't have the patience or perseverance. (I am a member of the marching band and concertmaster of one of the concert ensembles on campus, though.) I also have been known to sing in church choir, usually as a first soprano. When I was younger I did a lot of theatre at school and church as well, but it just wasn't something I had the time or inclination for in highschool. Marching band really eats your life.

For the first three years of my university life, my homeroom class performed several stage plays, but most of them were parodies, so during my junior year (2009), I suggested to my homeroom teacher to let my homeroom class perform something serious for once. She agreed, and after discussing this with the class, we settled on the story "12 Angry Men" (retitled "12 Angry Jurors" due to female members also starring in it). I took part in the play as Juror #2. One of my classmates have uploaded a video recording of our stage play performance on his blog account, which I just recently found: www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=haydendotcom&b=70&f=1629534392&p=0(I apologize for the bad quality)

I have been acting since I was four years old and love it. I am also on our school's forensics team and played Lefou in our production of Beauty and the Beast.

I do a bit of voice acting now and then for projects people on the internet are doing.
I also used to play cello and guitar. I still have my guitar, but haven't played much since I left secondary (middle) school.
I always loved helping with school performances too.
One thing I would like to do but can't is sing. I enjoy it, but I sound so utterly different to myself than I do to other people that I simply cannot sing at the correct pitch.

Funny thing, Old Fusspott, my school's drama club is also putting on a production of Beauty and the Beast. We had a couple workshops prior to the upcoming auditions this week and I'm thinking of trying out for Beast. It's ambitious for me, but wish me luck EDIT: I did in fact get the part, and I had a ball playing the part, but man, you have no idea how hot the mask gets underneath the stage lights

I have been in the performing arts since middle school. Now as a senior in college, I have played several fantastic pieces, especially in the Chamber Winds ensemble. Some of my favorites have been Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, Symphony No.3 Organ Symphony, First Suite in Eb... several!
I'll be in this field the rest of my life as a music teacher.

Well, I recently auditioned for a production of Godspell at a small community theater out in Lisbon. I read for Jesus Christ and John the Baptist. I'm shooting for Jesus and the results should be posted by the end of this week. I'm shooting for Jesus, so wish me luck Edit: Results came in for the cast list. I didn't get the part of Jesus, but I managed to score the part of John the Baptist/Judas so I'm cool with it.

I did some acting in junior high. They were all adaptions of fairy tales, but the author took some liberties. The author really liked my acting in the first one, and began type-casting me. I got lead roles after that! Title characters! I've done some choir performances for high school and I'm Rythm/Lead Guitar 2 for the Band: JC and the Wise Guys. We do stuff like the Beatles, Glenn Miller, Blues Brothers, classic Rock Standards like "Proud Mary" or "25 or 6 to 4" where I have my own solo, "La Grange", and a personal favorite "Black Magic Woman" It's really fun. We do a few gigs at church fairs every summer! So I have experience in the performing arts!

I've acted in 8 musicals throughout high school and college, 7 of which I've had main parts in. I also got an A* in GCSE Drama and am currently sitting my A-Level in Performing Arts. Acting is one of my passions. Stressful but the end product is well worth it.

I'm second violin in a community orchestra and first violin in my school's orchestra. I've also been taking private lessons for about eight years. I've participated in a sort-of competition known as ISSMA for the past three years and got gold in all three. The community orchestra does music like Mozart and Bach as well as newer pieces like works from Lennon and McCarthy. My school's orchestra is similar. One of my favorite pieces that I've played is Viva la Vida! Other than music, I'm also currently taking an acting class and getting an A in the class.

Sure. Besides voice acting for some people around here, I'm in my school's Speech & Drama program and I've been in two plays; one is opening in ten days.

I used to sing in a church choir. It was an interesting experience. I was told that I have quite the voice.
I'm one of those people that would like to develop my vocal abilities, but I would probably not try to break into the music industry, I'd probably be happy performing for friends and small groups. Maybe produce an indie record. Or just put stuff online.

As some people may know, I'm still involved in the acting side of the arts, so this is my background. From 2007, I studied it through GCSEs for two years, where my group at the time did a single performance of Hamlet for the Shakespeare Schools Festival in Brighton. I played the Grave Digger, the one character with the only funny line, unbeknownst to me. I took a year's break from it to do a college diploma in Art, before wanting more drama in 2010. Since then, I completed a National Diploma at Chichester College, a university Foundation Degree at Northbrook College, and am still there finishing up for a BA Top-Up in June, afterwards leaving to try and see what the industry has for me. I've been involved in the arts for eight years and have made some of the best of friends at uni to work and hang with, so I will miss them. I have a professional CV on Spotlight, and have done 14 shows to date; in my hometown Worthing, Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth. Wherever it takes me, I'd like to be as diverse as possible, so long as there's a place for me to showcase myself, and to have a good script. www.spotlight.com/0610-9050-4288

I once played Joseph in the Nativity and one of the witches from MacBeth in primary school if that counts.
