Since The Great Race characters have been revealed, I do know some people with their names:
Raul (1)- A student who attended my high school Gina (1)- Someone who works at my mom's job Shane (1)- A classmate when I was in 2nd grade, and if I was born a boy, Shane would've been my name Carlos (1)- A person I was friends with from daycare

At one of my previous jobs from 2015, there were two guys there called Gordon & James. Of course I thought to myself, Henry obviously didn't get recruited. Insistently, my Mother has two colleagues at her work place called Henry & James and whenever one is off I sometimes tease her by saying: "Oh they'll get Gordon to do it", or if they'll doing a particular task she's told me about I sometimes say: "But not Gordon, then?" and she immediately gets what I was talking about.

Just seen someone called Arry on an episode of Pointless (a UK game show). Never come across it before but apparently it is a name of Hebrew origin with no apostrophe at the start - so slightly different to the H dropping Sodor character. www.babynamespedia.com/meaning/Arry

I know some girls who are named Emily, I also know a person from Australia who is named Thomas and I also know another Thomas, and I know a Timothy (though I know him as Tim, and maybe his real name isn't Timothy). I also know a few Bens, a Spencer, a few James's, I knew an Elizabeth, though I haven't seen her a long time. I also know a few Victorias, some Mikes, and maybe an Isebelle (I know her as an Izzy). I also know some Charlies, an Emma. And my first name is Gordon. And my dog is named Duke.

My dad's name was Thomas and his middle name was James, so that's a twofer. Funny my mom's current husband (I don't wanna call him step-dad since I wasn't raised by him) is also named Thomas.

A girl in my class at school had a little brother named Tom, so if it was short for anything, he counts. When I was little, I knew a Tommy or two, so same as above. I remember other school encounters with that name, maybe. There was a soldier named Thomas who recently moved away, but I crossed paths with him while he was around. I have some Edward relatives in my mom's family, because of her grampa having that name. Once, I knew a girl whose last name was Henry and she possibly had a brother because of a boy with that as a last name in our school. One of my old friends has a son Henry and so does an older cousin whose name is James. One of my aunts has an ex-husband whose last name's Gordon, giving me some cousins with that last name, including one named Victoria and my grampa had a friend named Gordon. I had a classmate whose name was James, usually he went by Jimmy, but we had a very formal high school biology teacher who called him James. I have a neighbor named Toby. There's a woman I used to know whose husband's name is Don, so he could be a Donald. My dad had a cousin or something named Don who's now gone. Dad likes a show with a character whose name seems to be Douglas because the guy's called Doug on show. I read a book with an ostrich named Oliver in it. A singer I like has a daughter named Emily and I've met some in real life, though one spells it differently. I know some people named Terry, so they could be Terrance and shorten it. When I was younger I knew a couple boys named Terrance, one in my class at school when we were kids and one was friends with a girl I used to know. I met the latter Terrance when we were camping at the same park. There's a woman I know whose late husband was Art, so possible Arthur and same with a late old friend of my mom's ex-husband (my mom had a friend with Huntington's who divorced her husband and his name was Art). There's someone named Trevor I'm a fan of and there was a guy in my class at school whose older brother had that name. A schoolmate in older grade than us other than that guy's brother had that name too. I have 2 cousins named Ryan, one whose middle name's Philip, and know or have known various Bills and Bens. When we were kids, I rode the bus with a Philip. I've known other people with that name, including a guy I used to know with that as a middle name but he moved away. I have a distant cousin named Emma and had a classmate named Elizabeth. In my life, I've come across various Mike and have a cousin named Bert (if she counts being a Roberta, Bert is her short name). My aunt whose first husband's last name was Gordon's now married to a guy named Harvey. I've encountered the name Rocky outside TTTE, including a guy who liked a page a I created on FB. Also, one of my friends was Rockie (different spelling, but sounds the same). I had a classmate named Rosie as a young girl. I know another Victoria, I believe (she goes by Vicky, though). I have an adopted cousin named Annie. When I was in high school, there was a Shane I had some class or study hall with, something like that. At my grandparents when I was a kid, I was shown a picture with someone named Dennis in by either my gramma or an aunt, I believe. I know someone named Gina through some activities for the disabled I'm involved in. There might be more, but that's all I can easily think of. I've also known some Hannahs in life, except one spells it Hanna (no H a the end). I also have a neighbor Ed and knew an Eddie (assuming these are nicknames and Charlie does call him Eddie) for a little while when we were kids, but he moved when we were in kindergarten. I met a Thomas and a Tom where I work. I knew at least 1 Charlie within my life.

I also know some Ryans, at least one Hannah, I knew a Molly, I believe I know a Rebecca and I know a Stanley. I also know a Mickey, I know two Kevins, one of those Kevins is my father. And I believe that is all I know so far.

I know a Thomas, Ryan, Harvey, Victor, three Rebeccas, James, Ryan, two Olivers (funnily enough!), and a couple more that are on the tip of my tongue.
Oh, and the funniest one: I know an Edward Thomas - which is funny for multiple reasons, both because of the real locomotive and the two characters.
