I'll have a second go, but if it's already been done then by all means delete this post:
1. It's involves a delivery of something 2. Was not written by the Rev. W. Awdry 3. This delivery thing has already had an appearnace 4. Features more appearances than in the first appearance 5. Another problem with Lights

I'm pretty sure that's Best Friends. [By the way, I've had a think about it and I can recall at least 4 appearances by the brass band, however: Thomas and the Billboard, Tram Trouble, Percy and the Bandstand, Best Friends]
Next one:
1) This episode contains CGI-elements 2) Murdoch features in this episode 3) The Docks are seen in this episode 4) The load that the main character is intended to deliver is placed on a flatbed 5) Kellsthorpe Station is seen in this episode

I wanted to say Excellent Emily, but the last clue doesn't seem to fit in.

Mwhaha. That was the idea. I tend to do that often [make it look like one episode, and then shoot it down with the last clue]. Keep guessing. Think outside the box, especially with the first clue.
Nicholas.

OK, here's one.
1. One of the characters speaks for the first time, despite being introduced the previous season. 2. A song is heard. 3. The story was one of the last written by Wilbert Awdry to be adapted. 4. A character is introduced.... 5. ....and then destroyed.
