You can eat solid foods early in the morning? You're better than me. My digestive system can't handle solids before 11am (apart from coffee).

Oh come on you wimp! Let's see now...One fried egg, 2 bacon rashers, eight pieces of mushroom, and two sausages...and I could eat that twice over. Or even two "Ryan's breakfasts", washed down with a cup of tea. Man, how I'm still as slim as anything is amazing.

That is soooo unfair...
Erm, I had 2 cups of coffee, I stopped having breakfast when I was at school and never got back to it...I don't get hungry till about twelve or one.

Today I had a shrimp omelet with some bacon on the side. It was mighty tasty.

I wouldn't if I were you. I'd much rather have an extra half-inch around the middle than bang my head whenever I go through a doorway.

I'll be glad when it's only half an inch. For now, though, I need some coffee.

Or even two "Ryan's breakfasts", washed down with a cup of tea. What exactly is "Ryan's Breakfasts"?

According to the SiF blog, "Ryan's Heart Attack Special" contains Bacon, Sausages (Square and Links), Potato Cakes, Pancakes, Eggs, Beans and Toast.
I had stuffing left over from a Roast Chicken today to go with my usual Eggs, Bacon and sausages.
