Have you ever had a lucid dream? That is, a dream where you realise you're dreaming? I think this might be one: Once I was stuck in some dream -- I can't remember the details -- where things happened that I clearly didn't like, because I can remember being scared of them. I then realised I was dreaming, because no way could any of this happen in real life. I tried to escape, but I couldn't. I got worried that I would be trapped in this dreamworld forever. Just then, a woman who, for some reason, reminds me of Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo, told me this "two door" theory. It went something like "You entered the dream through one door, but you can end it any time by exiting another door." The trick was to actually find out what door was the exit. By amazing coincedence, there was only one door in the room, and it was the right one. As soon as I touched the knob I woke up. Not since then have I had a lucid dream -- or any kind of dream -- as weird as that, but should I ever encounter that woman in my dreams again I'd like to thank her for the advice.

A bee flew in through my window last night, and it managed to work its way into my dreams via its annoying buzzing. I dreamt that a sitcom writer was staying at my house, having been commissioned to write a star vehicle for a bee. I suggested that she should consider a sort of "Joey" scenario, and that a possible title for the sitcom could be "Bee In The City". Then I dreamt that the bee arrived and just generally started making a nuisance of itself, which was about when I woke up.

I recently had a dream about sharks. Not a nightmare - no screaming, no gutting, no Jaws soundtrack, etc. -- just a regular plain old dream. How's about that.

I think I had one of those lucid dreams Sat. night. I was in a store and kept finding all these things I wanted (new thomas ertls, other stuff I collect), and I kept saying I'm must be dreaming, and realizing that I am. Though oddly I could control what I did in the dream. I could go and grab the items, hold them, even open one of them. It was good. Then I woke up, hoping that what I opened would be real. It wasn't.

I had a deeply disturbing dream last night. Fortunately, I can use elements of it in 'Spit City'.

this was one that was odd. I drempt this along with another part that had a new thomas video (which I mentioned in the thomas dreams thread a few days ago), I was in a store and rodger taylor and brian may of queen were doing an autograph signing. Rodger was very quiet, and briand was the one doing most of the talking. I only wish it was true!

I had a dream last night where I was the last man on Earth (take THAT, previous girlfriends!). I didn't get to experience it long enough to find out the advantages -- I'm sure there'd be many -- but just let me say that it was as quiet as hell.

I remember a lucid dream I had of some sorts recently. I was in a store that, although closed several years ago, was open in my dream. I was in the electronics department and found this video game I'd never seen or heard of before, and I even thought something along the lines of "Hey, I'm dreaming, so I'd better buy this!" I don't even remember what it was, but I remember seeing my friend in the store and showing him it, and almost in direct quotes, I said to him, "This isn't real, but I'm dreaming, so I should show this to you before I wake up." I woke up as soon as I walked out of the store.

I had the weirdest dream last night. I was going back to school after a long summer break. I didn't know where anything was. It had looked all so different. Then I find these two girls playing Blues Harmonica (poorly, mind you). And my 6th and 8th year Maths teacher took the harmonicas away and the teacher then said she was going to be my girlfriend (she is quite young for a teacher). Then oddly enough, I teleported to this weird little alley way with two cute girls and a whole bunch of scarey men. Who beat up my Mother, and then were about to kill me. Then I woke up. TALK ABOUT WEIRD!

People say that if you die in your sleep, you'll die. Well, I've died many times in my dreams and I'm still here. Also, I have pulled a Jimi in my sleep twice and survived, and that's something to be proud of. Definition Of A "Jimi" -- Spoiler'd for your own safety Jimi = To vomit in one's sleep. From Jimi Hendrix, who no doubt started the trend.

You know what's more weird about dreaming of fantasy? It's dreaming of what happens to you real life!! It's often happened to me where somehow for some inexplicable reason, I can predict what people will say to me in a month!! Scary or what?

Had a most disturbing dream recently. drempt I was surrounded by skelatons with the flesh removed and the inner organs rotting, and quite visible. Then, I went to sit down and found myself sitting on a swing covered by rotting flesh. More rotting flesh was around me. very disturbing dream.

I had a dream a few nights ago. It was pretty strange: Johnny Cash was in our backyard. We all settled down in lawn chairs to listen, and a few moments after he started singing, he just fell. I run up and start yelling, "He's too old to sing!", but when I reach him, he's already sitting up and smiling. Turns out he faked a stroke on us for some reason. More happened in my dream, but that's all I can remember. The weird thing is, I'm not even a fan of Johnny Cash music. I wonder if it means something...

I had the weirdest dream last night, but it was horribly entertaining when I reviewed it after waking up. I was in a boxing match with a lady who was quite busty (to put it nicely) and as it turns out, I won. It was the sheer randomness of the dream that confused me though.

I had a ridiculous sci-fi style dream where Debbie Harry from Blondie was some evil sci-fi villainess who controlled a giant space station. Inside there were eleven different tunnels branching off from the main one, and I was on a small spaceship with two other people and a robot. In the dream I was a man in my mid 40's, and was slower and weaker than the other two people, a man and a woman, who were both in their mid 20's. There was also a robot who stayed in the ship. We trekked down through one of the tunnels in order to reclaim a knife and a cooler that Debbie Harry had stolen, but in the process, the two others were caught while I just barely escaped, after grappling with Debbie Harry, while "Waterloo" by ABBA was playing in the background. All in all, one of the strangest, most amusing dreams I've ever had.

This dream happened a few nights ago... I dreampt that I was a mermaid, with a light green tail. I had nothing to cover my chest except for these two seashells that felt very uncomfortable. The ocean water was a dark blue color. I remember that I kept spinning around, as if I were caught in a whirlpool, and I couldn't surface. I was choking from swallowing the water. I woke up to find that what I was choking on was my own saliva!

Uggh, I have had ALOT of messed up dreams, for instance:
Once I dreamt that I was at a beach, and I saw some brunette sitting at the end of a dock. I walked towards her, she turns around, and I relaize it's someone I know but I can't figure out who. Then she turned into a clown lady! *Note my fear of clowns. I ran, only to see more people "morphing" into clowns. I see everyone I know, then POOF, clowns! I awoke, then didn't go back to sleep for the rest of the night.

I had a dream that I was watching the 7th Harry Potter film. All I remember was Harry was in a celler fighting that witch from Darkwing Duck. Strange eh.
