Still need audtitions for Peter Sam, Skarloey and Sir Handel, plus MightyMac. Kind of worried about having to commision people for these roles truthfully.

It's amazing isn't it? YouTube still can't get subtitles to work properly, instead you are guaranteed to piddle yourself in laughter every time! This video has a 'dodgy gordon', 'bovine' and other funnies. EDIT: Thought I'd try it on my best video... LOL, Great intro! This looks promising! EDIT 2: LOL again! Boy, I'm chuckling greatly. Come on, Join in, post your best!

Haha, yeah it truly is good if you want a giggle. Easy way of mood boosting.
On Ep 8 where Fatty is telling Gordon the future before he goes for his scones....
"popcorn our cash and as you can imagine your meat in a major overhaul for long..."
AND
"luggage around here chillin showin our friend lyrics by George RR Martin Camry."
WTF?

I've discovered a park and bike trail on the way to my new place of employment that travels along a mainline for some distance. I've started making it a ritual to go for a job and railfan before going into work. Now I think we all know the U.S. lacks grade separation and I've seen my share of videos of close calls or worse but today, oh boy... I had stopped at the end of the trail to wait for an Amtrak train to go by. The lights started flashing. The usual two idiots drive through it. Then comes guy number three from a long ways off gunning his Honda to make it through the grade crossing before the gates are down. This particular crossing is at an odd long angle. He doesn't make it and gets stuck in the middle of the crossing with the gates down. I can't tell if he was panicking or what but I was terrified. I couldn't tell how much space there would be between his car and the train. I yelled at his window, "back up! back up! Go through the gate." The driver probably didn't hear me. He backed up a little bit then stopped just short of backing through the gate. At that point I didn't really know what to think. I put my finger on emergency call on my phone and started running back, expecting shrapnel and a bad accident. Fortunately, the Amtrak train cleared him by inches through the railroad crossing. I'm glad I didn't see a car get smashed. An Amtrak train is maybe 10 cars, takes 30 seconds to clear the crossing. 30 seconds isn't worth losing a life over. I managed to snap one picture after the train had passed.

Wasn't sure where else to post, but for any fellow Jewish forum members out there, Happy Hanukkah! I know it started last Sunday, but I haven't had a chance to visit the forum until today. Also, this is my 1,300th post!

While I have missed the date by weeks and while I am rarely ever here nowadays as I have lost interest in Thomas The Tank Engine (though I did catch an episode of Channel 5 some time ago, and I would like to say it was actually enjoyable to watch), I would like to wish a Happy 10th Anniversary to the New Sodor Island Forums.

PEOPLE! Welcome to a new year of hopeful glory! AKA 2016. My dog wishes you to know she is disgusted that you only extend this greeting to people. She's gone downstairs to tell the goldfish about this 'people only' approach to new year festivities and I dare say he won't be much impressed either. Overlooking this point, happy new year to you too!

Anyone catch the charming Thomas reference on 'Emmerdale' on New Years Eve? Diesel didn't come out of it well...!
It'll be on the ITV player if anyone wants to see it, it was quite early in the episode.

Went back to writing stories for my series to replace the season one episodes that didn't make the final cut and it felt great.

Oh boy, YouTube has decided to change their layout, again. This has got to be a joke, it looks awful more so than any previous changes.

Well, we're just going to have to get used to this layout, until they decide to change it again. Which will be most likely in a few months, after June or July, of 2016.

Some very sad news today, Alan Rickman has passed away at 69 from a long battle with cancer.
Incredibly sad to see such a major tallant pass. He was easily one of my favorite parts of the Harry Potter movies.

Sigh, first Lemmy (Ian Fraser Kilmister), David Bowie and now Alan Rickman. The circle of life I suppose.
